  • Third tier administrative support of a global 6,000 user mixed mode Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003 organization. 
  • Key responsibilities include systems administration, design, and development of the CP Ships multi-site  mixed mode Exchange organization to include: daily queue monitoring, messaging tracking and analysis of both front end and back end servers, contingency planning for disaster recovery, message archiving, Veritas NetBackup operations and policy configurations, storage group and mail store configurations based on hardware constraints, routing group configurations, public folder security and replication, Windows and Exchange patch management, provide support and resolutions to Remedy ticket queues.
  • Implementation and management of two active-passive clustered Exchange environments utilizing EMC and MSA100 Storage Area Networks.

  • Job responsibilities included network and systems administration at the Dade City manufacturing campus and its remote manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.
  • Completed Windows AD transition and platform upgrades to LAN environment in three manufacturing sites.
  • Implemented new AD forest to transition network resources (accounts, computers, groups, security rights & network policies) from the previous forest design due to a company split.
  • Utilized ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tools) to migrate 400 + accounts, 600 + groups, and 300 + computers to the new forest design.
    Implemented Exchange 2003 organization in the new forest design.
  • Utilized ADC (Active Directory Connector) from Exchange 2003 and account migration wizard to migrate mail recipients and distribution lists to new mail server.  OWA and enhancements to information storage groups were the key elements to migrating to Exchange 2003 enterprise

  • Responsible for network and systems related operations at the Tampa campus as well as for various remote sites throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Responsible for planning, deploying, and maintaining corporate sales and marketing CRM system (GoldMine Sales & Marketing) to all sales associates encompassing three geographic regions  (Northeast Regions, Southeast Region, and Mid-West Regions)

  • Planned, designed, and implemented local area network and security model for the Pasco organization.
  • Deployed Kix32 scripting utility to facilitate strategic changes in business security policies.
  • Managed MS Exchange mail server to include the migration of legacy mail users from a shared mail system to Exchange mail, configuration of the Exchange mail clients, and Internet SMTP mail traffic.
  • Successfully converted static IP addressing schemas to utilize Microsoft’s DHCP, WINS, and DNS services.
